Absolutely. Every order is evaluated by a licensed clinician. Most approvals are completed through the medical intake process without the need for a live visit. However, some states, medications, and all TRT prescriptions require a brief consultation. 

In most cases, labs are not required to begin treatment, with the exception of testosterone therapy. For GLP-1 programs, labs must be completed within the first 90 days to continue treatment. Clients may order labs through the platform or use an outside provider. Labs are always encouraged because they provide valuable health data and help support better coaching and outcomes. 

If a clinician determines that a medication is not appropriate, the client will receive a refund for the medication cost. The clinician will also provide an explanation and discuss potential alternatives when available. 

Refills are automatically charged and shipped every four weeks, helping clients stay on track without interruptions. Orders can be modified or canceled at any time through the client portal.
