• Student Platinum Membership is offered at the discounted price of $125 per month if set up on auto draft. Requires 3-month minimum commitment and 30 day written notice to cancel. 
• Memberships are already offered at deep discounted rates, which are set up on monthly auto draft and require a 30 day written notice to cancel.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Due to the current cost of and issues with getting nitrogen delivered to our area, and to keep membership costs low, only select memberships include the option to choose a limited number of Whole Body Cryo sessions per month. Whole Body Cryo sessions can be purchased at a discounted rate of $20 per session for members.
• All waivers and consent forms must be signed and on file prior to services being rendered.
• FAQ re: insurance - Unfortunately, still today, medical insurances do not cover the wellness services offered. Our single session prices are less than most insurance co-pays/co-insurances and our packages and memberships cost much less. Per Medicare Guidelines, Section 2251.3 - health insurance plans do not cover wellness services, services or “a treatment plan that seeks to prevent disease {illness, injury}, promote health, and prolong and enhance the quality of life; or therapy that is performed to maintain or prevent deterioration of a chronic condition” as it is “deemed not medically necessary,” which most all other insurances follow Medicare guidelines.
